
Dr. Mahallati
On-Site Physician
Dr. Mahallati earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from Western University of Health Sciences in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA. He is triple board-certified in Primary Care Sports Medicine, Family and Osteopathic Medicine, and Family Practice. His advanced training includes a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Chino Valley Medical Center and a Family Practice Residency at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills, where he continues to serve as a junior faculty physician.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mahallati has held numerous leadership roles and has been a trusted mentor and educator. He has lectured at Kaiser Permanente and Western University, led sports medicine initiatives, and served as a physician advisor and assistant team physician for collegiate and youth athletic programs.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Mahallati is passionate about giving back. He has volunteered extensively with free health clinics, local schools, and community events, providing accessible healthcare to underserved populations. His contributions to medicine and the community have been recognized with honors such as the Leadership Skills Award from the California Academy of Family Physicians and the Golden Apple Award for Community Service.
An active member of several professional organizations, Dr. Mahallati continues to advance the fields of sports medicine and family practice through ongoing research, national presentations, and dedication to professional development.
