Gail Connell

Gail has lived right here in Orange County California since the age of four. Gail has six adult children ages 26 to 36 and six grandchildren under the age 5. Her family relationships are the most special thing in her life and the reason she works in this industry. Gail has family members that have substance abuse issues and experiences firsthand what it can do a loved one and all of the family members.

After having worked many years as an Administrative Assistant, she knew she wanted a career that may have an impact on the life of a person with the disease of addiction. She began working in the field of Substance Abuse Treatment where she may have an impact that could be life changing for her clients and their families. Gail has over 6,000 hours working in the field and is currently in school to become a CADC-II.

Tre Ricchiuto

Case Manager

Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. Studies at Los Angeles Institute for alcohol and drug counseling furthering education for CADC-II through CCAPP. Struggled with addiction for 5 years, almost lost my life and have lost many loved ones due to this disease. I came to Oceanfront September of 2015 for treatment. After some time sober I started as operations staff with OFR. Moved to Pasadena for a year and worked at another treatment center where I furthered my education and became interested in Counseling. I’ve been blessed to go to work everyday and use my own experiences to help out my clients. There is power in one alcoholic/addict helping another and that’s what makes me great at what I do. I love sponsoring other men in the program and when I go to work I treat them as if they were one of mine. I work a very strong 12 step program and it has kept me sober and made me the person I am today, polar opposites of what I was in my disease. Currently play on a Semi-pro lacrosse team as it is one of my main hobbies. Proud OFR alumni.

Doreen Marciano

She is currently enrolled in school, working towards achieving a degree in Psychology to further her knowledge in the field that she values. She understands and appreciates the risk that lays ahead for those who are still suffering and strives to help them make a positive change in their lives.

On her free time she volunteers with a group of substance free individuals who create a safe environment at music festivals. She also holds a chair position in AOCYPAA, All Orange County Young People’s of Alcoholics Anonymous, in which she aids in unifying young adults within the program.
