Finally, a regular dose of exercise can work wonders for your mental health. Exercise releases feel-good endorphins that spark your body into performing at its optimal levels. If you are not a big fan of the gym, you can start smaller, with a walk or jog around the neighborhood. The important factor here is that you get your heart rate up, and your blood pumping!
